Job Description

Role Overview: As the CitiConnect Product Manager for India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, your primary responsibility is to drive the strategic vision, commercialization, and adoption of Citi's digital connectivity platform, CitiConnect, within the India Sub-continent. Your role is crucial in enabling clients to enhance operational efficiency, automate processes, and drive business growth through innovative digital solutions and seamless integration with Citis transaction banking services. By positioning CitiConnect as a key differentiator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client experiences in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead product management for CitiConnect's connectivity channels including APIs, Files, SWIFT, and ERP Integrators, aligning with the global roadmap. Identify and advocate for transformation opportunities through proprietary development and strategic partnerships. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive CitiConnect adoption, partnering with Sales and Client Executives. Act as a subject matter expert by addressing client pain points and showcasing the platform's value. - Champion Digital Platform priorities by deeply understanding client needs within the India Sub-continent. Gather market feedback to enhance platform offerings and represent the voice of clients. - Understand regional regulatory requirements and advocate for them in product development. Stay informed about market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to shape the strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Operations, and TTS Product to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding. - Ensure adherence to Citis risk management policies and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Qualifications: - Experience: You should have 8-12 years of experience in transaction/digital banking, demonstrating proven leadership in complex projects and stakeholder management. Experience with digital transformation initiatives is preferred. Skills: - Strong understanding of transaction banking products and digital channels (APIs) along with integration methodologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. - Client-centric mindset, results-oriented with a track record of driving product adoption and achieving business goals. Pluses (Nice to Have): - Knowledge of connectivity between banks and corporate/FI ERPs/TMSs. - Experience in managing systems/digital solutions/platforms used by corporate clients.
