Summary:As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, maintaining a focus on quick time-to-market while aligning with the overall business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Translate regulatory, business, and client needs into actionable product features and clear user stories.
  • Own the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value, technical dependencies, and risk.
  • Lead and/or participate to discovery phases, perform market and competitive analysis, and gather feedback from clients and partners.
  • Ensure product decisions are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with business KPIs.
  • Manage and support Agile squads (Business Analysts & Software Engineers) to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (refinements, planning, reviews, retrospectives) and reinforce best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, QA, and architecture groups.
  • Remove obstacles, manage risks, and ensure teams have clarity, context, and resources to deliver effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase delivery efficiency, code quality, and team satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all product matters.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and decisions to leadership and partners with transparency and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and business teams to ensure product readiness and regulatory alignment
  • Ensure product design adheres to industry and company best practices for security, data integrity, and operational resilience.
  • Work with QA and engineering leads to define acceptance criteria, testing approach, and performance metrics.
  • Promote a culture of quality and accountability across teams.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and product discovery.
  • Solid functional knowledge of capital markets, fund distribution, transfer agency, or related fintech domains.
  • Good understanding of blockchain concepts (e.g., tokenization, DLT interactions, smart-contracts lifecycle).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and modern software delivery pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and grow multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing or leading Agile squads in a delivery environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud-based and microservice-oriented platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar).
  • Exposure to blockchain-based or tokenization solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Experience delivering complex B2B or infrastructure-grade software products.
  • Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    Additional Information
  • The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Owner.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
