Job Description

ProdZen is looking for Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to prioritize features, set goals, and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, and threats, and use insights to inform product decisions
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements through interviews, surveys, and user feedback, and translate them into actionable product requirements and user stories
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, provide guidance on technical feasibility, and drive product development through all stages of the lifecycle
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, track performance against goals, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and business outcomes
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmaps to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners, and solicit feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and leverage insights to enhance product innovation and competitiveness
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities, and make data-driven decisions to prioritize and adjust product features and enhancements
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the organization
