Job Description

Product Management and Technical Sales

develop, create and managing product roadmaps and provide feedback for technical innovation

Product Marketing & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Conduct market analysis, customer feedback sessions, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demand, in consultation with technology organisation.
  • Prioritize features and user requirements based on business impact and customer needs.
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.

Product Strategy & Management:

  • Oversee and work with technology organisation for product lifecycle management from conception to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive innovation and product improvements.
  • Align product development with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market demands.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for solar modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
  • Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to measure performance and drive data-informed decisions.

Technical Support & Application Engineering:

  • Provide technical expertise and application engineering support to customers and sales teams.
  • Lead the development of technical documentation, training programs, and customer presentations.
  • Work closely with clients to address technical queries, system integration, and performance optimization.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive customer insights and feedback loops to continuously improve product offerings and user experience.
