About the Role:

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Team Leader to oversee our back-office operations team. The ideal candidate will manage daily activities, monitor performance, and ensure accuracy in data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the back-office team to achieve daily and monthly targets

Review and verify data entries, reports, and documentation

Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality

Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes

Prepare performance reports and handle escalations

Train and mentor new team members

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
