Key Responsibilities:


  • Qualifications Experience
  • Graduate with 5 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
  • Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred exposure to the petrochemical domain is a plus
  • Key Skills Expertise
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
  • Expertise in Quote and Order Management processes
  • Solid understanding of SLA metrics and performance standards
  • Ability to manage client escalations and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management customer inquiries and dispute resolution is advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
  • Work Environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts APAC EMEA US
  • Must be available to work on site on all working days
