Product Management and Technical Sales This role is responsible to develop, create and managing product roadmaps and provide feedback for technical innovation in Vikram Solars product portfolio. The incumbent will work closely with the Technology and Manufacturing team to ensure Vikram Solar’s products align with evolving market needs, customer success and adoption. The role will help evaluate and implement product performance in market in conversation with customers and creating application engineering - Customer oriented solutions, Leading technical projects for product development and ensuring successful execution , Managing technical communications with customers and internal teams for seamless requirement flow-down, Keeping up to date with power market policies and regulatory changes that impact renewable energy products and finally developing and reviewing product roadmaps and product lifecycle, managing RFIs/RFPs, and assisting business development with technical proposals and SOWs Product Marketing & Strategy: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Conduct market analysis, customer feedback sessions, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement. Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demand, in consultation with technology organisation. Prioritize features and user requirements based on business impact and customer needs. Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Product Strategy & Management: Oversee and work with technology organisation for product lifecycle management from conception to commercialization. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive innovation and product improvements. Align product development with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market demands. Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for solar modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables. Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to measure performance and drive data-informed decisions. Technical Support & Application Engineering: Provide technical expertise and application engineering support to customers and sales teams. Lead the development of technical documentation, training programs, and customer presentations. Work closely with clients to address technical queries, system integration, and performance optimization. Sales & Business Development: . Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. Drive customer insights and feedback loops to continuously improve product offerings and user experience.

End to end coordination with different departments, functions, external vendors & Government officials for smooth opening of new store / existing store.
