Job Description

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in technical leadership

Technical Skills:

Scalable system design & product architecture
MEAN/MERN stack expertise
Backend API development & UI integration
Cloud (AWS), Docker/Kubernetes
AI/ML familiarity
GitLab/GitHub, Notion, Agile practices

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical & leadership skills
Mentorship and team collaboration

Responsibilities:

Lead architecture design, roadmap planning, and product alignment
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build scalable solutions
Design and develop core modules (automation, chat, analytics, multi-agent support)
Define best practices, coding standards, and documentation
Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and automation tools into the platform
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Conduct code reviews, testing, and system optimization
Support QA and Customer Success teams with technical issue resolution
Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation within the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
