Product Lead

We are seeking for highly skilled Product Lead who will be responsible for end to end product development life cycle. Product Lead will closely work on project plans, assembling and managing project teams, setting project goals and objectives, determining project tasks and schedules, monitoring project progress, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that the project is completed in a specified time and within budget constraints.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to plan, schedule, and monitor tasks/items of a project plan.
• To ensure the proper delivery of the project with a high level of quality and on time.
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Plans out schedules of product development cross-platform and prioritizes developer time accordingly.
• Planning & monitoring Projects.
• Keep projects on track, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
• Ensure the project adheres to the quality metrics.
• Prepare plans for all team roles and agree on these with the team manager/lead/tech leads.
• Understands the product scope plans out the project execution.
• Provide inputs to QA/QC about the availability of the product for testing as well as any deviations from the original scope.
• Come up with ideas for improvements.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Project Management Certifications like PMP, Prince2, ITIL etc are preferred.
