As a Product Lead on the Content Partnerships Systems team within Business Technology at YouTube, you will be responsible for owning the core systems" capabilities that support YouTube's business organization. Collaborating with Business Technology engineering teams, you will define and implement a strategic direction for internal tools and systems to empower content partnerships teams in driving impact to YouTube partners. This role involves assisting creators, artists, and media companies in reaching their full potential with audiences globally. Your primary task will be to grasp user needs and translate them into product requirements to introduce new and enhanced capabilities for our users. This will entail assessing and documenting requirements, outlining solutions, identifying potential risks, and communicating objectives and milestones to business stakeholders worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of system capabilities that empower YouTube's business organization by collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to leverage technology for achieving business objectives. - Define requirements and guide the team towards successful delivery, ensuring all releases undergo thorough testing, effective communication, and seamless adoption. - Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions, share insights across cross-functional teams, and foster consensus. - Ensure successful launches by providing documentation, training, troubleshooting, and support, while defining metrics for success. - Maintain availability to engage with colleagues during US time zones for 3-4 hours per day, 3-4 days per week, covering both east and west coasts.,
