Product Executive (female)

Job Summary:

The Pharma Product Executive is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies and product plans for pharmaceutical products. This role involves close collaboration with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure brand success and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the launch of new products and manage the life cycle of existing ones.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and training content.
• Monitor product performance and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with regulatory and medical teams to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, product training, and promotional events.
• Prepare regular reports on product performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders including healthcare professionals and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
