Description
As a Product Excellence Specialist at Omniful, your role is to support the go-to-market efforts in Trkiye and Europe by acting as a product-side extension of the customer success and expansion teams. You will be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of Omniful's platform, leading client training sessions, and coordinating product-related requests across departments. This position is ideal for candidates with an Industrial Engineering or similar background who thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: - Gain a deep functional understanding of Omniful's full product suite, including POS, WMS, OMS, TMS, Sales Channel Integrations, and Fulfillment Network. - Conduct onboarding trainings, platform walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions with Turkish & European customers. - Support integration flows with local marketplaces, shipping partners, and tax-related tools. - Translate client needs into clear internal documentation and coordinate with product & tech teams. - Track feature requests and product improvements across the backlog, ensuring timely visibility and progress. - Support product localization, documentation, and operational enablement initiatives. - Act as a connector between expansion, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and scalable growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other technical/analytical fields. - 1-3 years of experience in SaaS, implementation, e-commerce, or logistics/supply chain platforms. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders. - Advanced proficiency in both Turkish and English (written and spoken). - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar preferred. - Self-starter attitude with a high sense of ownership and attention to detail. - Ability to work remotely and thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional startup environment. Nice to Have: - Experience with order management, warehouse management, or point-of-sale solutions. - Exposure to client onboarding, integration projects, or product documentation. - Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, shipping flows, and tax/localization challenges across MENA/TR/EU.,
