Lead product development initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the creation of innovative products from concept to launch – プロダクト開発の取り組みをリードし、部門横断的チームを管理し、コンセプトからローンチまで革新的な製品を創出します。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle – プロダクト開発のライフサイクル全体を管理
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to define product requirements – デザイン、エンジニアリング、マーケティングチームと連携して製品要件を定義
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy – 市場調査および競合分析を実施し、製品戦略に反映
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for product initiatives – 製品プロジェクトのスケジュール、予算、リソースを管理
• Implement best practices for product development processes – プロダクト開発プロセスのベストプラクティスを導入
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement – 製品パフォーマンスを監視し、ユーザーフィードバックを収集して継続的改善

Qualifications / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field – ビジネス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product development – プロダクトマネジメントまたは製品開発経験5年以上
• Strong project management and leadership skills – 優れたプロジェクト管理能力およびリーダーシップ
• Experience with Agile or Lean product development methodologies – アジャイルまたはリーンの製品開発手法の経験
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions – データを分析し、戦略的意思決定ができる分析力
• Fluent in Japanese; English proficiency preferred – 日本語流暢、英語力歓迎
