The Role

This isn’t about just handing off mockups — you’ll own the end-to-end design process, from wireframes to polished interfaces.

Your main priority will be UI/UX for the SalaryGuide.com platform, with the freedom to influence product direction and usability at every step.

What You’ll Design

• UI/UX for SalaryGuide.com:

  Core web app flows, dashboards, and responsive product interfaces

• User Experience:

  Wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and iteration

• Design System:

  Components, styles, and patterns that scale with the product

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design (web or SaaS products)
• Strong skills in Figma (or similar) for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Eye for clean, modern interfaces with strong attention to usability and detail
• Product-minded — you think about user goals and business impact, not just visuals
• Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have)

• Experience with

  data visualization / dashboard design

• Familiarity with front-end concepts (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS)
• Marketing design (ads, social posts, landing pages)
• Motion/animation design
