Product Designer (Core team)

You will be joining us in this 1-100 journey, building the best AI tutor platform out of India (likes of Duolingo). So there is tons of UX, personalisation, gamification, complex problems, and new ideas to work upon that comes along.

→ We have a flat hierarchy, however, we have two different JDs to set the right expectations for candidates.

• 3 to 4yrs of experience in both functional and beautiful designs

• Solid product thinking (and previously worked in Product based org)

• Has strong design portfolio 👀

• Asks right questions, knows user data and keeps different user segments in mind

• AI in workflow

• Multidisciplinary thinking. Eg - motion design flow for better intros, using tools like -

  jitter / rive / lottie
• Bonus - Worked on gamification/personalisation flows
  

• You will work closely with the founders and engineering team 💡
• Can lead initiatives
• Prototyping on Figma
• Adding visual delights on UI via illustrations and animation via jitter
• Organised thinking - first steps first - user insights, competitive analysis, so on
• Awareness of the problems across the platforms and can suggest solutions
• Take data-driven decisions wherever needed
• Collate user feedback from different mechanisms - survey forms / user calls
  

• Has worked in product based startup for 3+ years
• Enjoys solving complex product problem
• Hunger to learn and grow
• Strong individual contributor, with a hint of leadership
  

Experience wise: 18 to 30LPA. Esops for the right candidate.

1. Resume shortlisting. An introductory call will be scheduled as per.
2. Introductory call (20 min) - Focuses on problems you have solved, depth of your questions, understanding of audience, etc. And your energy!
3. Assignment (typically 2 days) - Focuses on product thinking, visual delight and layouts.
4. Quick proto/wireframing on figma (F2F 1 hour) - OPTIONAL: Focuses on speed, clear product thinking and iterations.
5. Product round (F2F 1 hour) - OPTIONAL, Focuses on understanding other dimensions of product
6. Final closure discussion (30min)
