You Must Already

• Have solid hold on - SQL, Excel
• Have made dashboards on Posthog/Mixpanel
• Love data and taking actions on them.
• Own the problem and enjoy working with cross-functional teams
• Are empathetic and thoughtful in communication - communication is the key
• Have AI-first approach whether writing complex SQL using chatgpt or building quick dashboard on lovable.
• Bonus basic knowledge of Javascript/Python, so you can navigate your way around Retool/Appsmith functions.
  

What You&aposll Do

• Build dashboards on PostHog and Retool
• Analyse funnels, campaigns, and user behaviour empowering teams to make data-led decisions.
• Actively work on improving metrics(retention, conversion, etc) across product and growth teams
• Own communication with students: including cohort creation ? to Meta setup ? to post-campaign analysis

We have 1 full-time position opened as well, for some who is highly motivated and performant person who just fits in our culture. And if your graduation year is 2025, your internship period will be upto 3 months, and then you will be considered for conversion.
