We are looking for a Product Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of electromechanical components. The ideal candidate should have experience in CAD modeling, designing mechanical systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Design and develop mechanical components using CAD software like Creo/SolidWorks.
- Work with different materials (metals, plastics, ceramics) to optimize mechanical designs.
- Perform structural, thermal, and stress analysis to ensure product reliability.
- Assist in prototype development and validation testing.
- Document designs, technical reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards (GD&T, SEMI).
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cost-effective manufacturing.
- Education: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in mechanical design and analysis.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (Creo/SolidWorks), FEA analysis, and GD&T principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with manufacturing engineers.
