Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Design Development Manager located in Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle, from inception through design, development, and product management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project management, coordinating with engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high standards of product quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 15 years of R&D experience in the Two-Wheeler / Four-wheeler Suspension manufacturing industry
• Product Life cycle Management and Product Development skills
• Experience in Product Design and Product Management
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Efficient management of Testing Lab & maintenance of related documentation
• Vehicle Ride tuning experience
