Job Description

As a Product Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating product data in the Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure alignment with marketing goals and easy accessibility for teams. Your role will involve conducting regular audits to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms, resolving discrepancies promptly to uphold high-quality data standards. Collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, IT, and Content will be crucial as you work alongside the Senior Product Data Manager to support data integration and ensure product data aligns with marketing objectives. You will also play a key role in enforcing data governance policies, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. Your involvement in system integration will be essential to manage the smooth flow of product data into various digital marketing platforms, optimizing automation processes for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in creating and maintaining data reports and dashboards to monitor product data performance and provide actionable insights for optimization. Contribution to process improvement initiatives will be part of your responsibilities as you collaborate with the Senior Product Data Manager to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation. You will also play a role in documenting data management processes, guidelines, and best practices, providing training and support to internal teams to ensure correct data management across platforms. Being proactive in identifying and resolving product data issues, working with cross-functional teams to address challenges, and providing support for special projects related to product data and digital marketing initiatives will be expected from you. Your ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with stakeholders, and solve problems efficiently will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in product data management, marketing operations, or related fields, with a focus on managing product data in a digital marketing or e-commerce context. Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector or a similar industry is preferred, along with technical proficiency in PIM systems and marketing technology stacks. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, project management skills, adaptability, and a relevant Bachelor's degree are essential for success in this role.,
