Role Overview

Product Content Writer


This role requires someone who: 


  • Understands human behavior and psychology 
  • Can break complex science into simple, relatable messaging 
  • Can maintain a consistent narrative across the entire product 
  • Can think strategically while writing creatively 
  • Loves writing storylines, scripts, explanations, and campaign messages 
  • Is passionate about wellness, neuroscience, and emotional health 


You will shape how millions understand their mind. 


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Content Writing (App Content & Microcopy)


  • Write in-app content for therapy modules, recommendations, states, and results. 
  • Create microcopy for onboarding, buttons, empty states, error messages, tooltips, and flows. 
  • Maintain clarity, empathy, and simplicity in all user-facing communication. 
  • Develop storylines and structured flows for guided modules (stress, focus, anxiety, relaxation). 

2. Content for Marketing & Campaigns


  • Write scripts and content for social media campaigns, videos, carousels, and storytelling posts. 
  • Create compelling copy for newsletters, announcements, and new feature releases. 
  • Craft hooks, emotional narratives, and logic-driven messaging for B2C audiences. 


3. Website & Product Narrative


  • Write website content for landing pages, feature pages, FAQs, and product explanations. 
  • Craft simple scientific narratives around EEG, AI, and mental wellness. 
  • Develop consistent messaging pillars and brand tone guidelines. 


4. Storytelling & Creative Direction


  • Carry a story theme across campaigns and product journeys. 
  • Create long-form pieces that blend science + storytelling. 
  • Work with designers and illustrators to bring narratives to life. 


5. Research & Content Intelligence


  • Convert scientific concepts into everyday language people understand. 
  • Study user psychology and adapt content tone accordingly. 
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest messaging improvements. 


6. Collaboration


  • Work closely with product, design, marketing, and leadership teams. 
  • Support presenters with scripts, angles, and talking points. 
  • Ensure alignment in communication across all platforms and teams. 

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in content writing, UX writing, copywriting, or product content. 
  • Excellent command of English and strong storytelling ability. 
  • Ability to simplify complex information (science, behavior, neuroscience). 
  • Strong understanding of tone, emotional writing, and audience psychology. 
  • Experience writing content for apps, websites, or digital products. 
  • Ability to maintain consistency across long content flows. 
  • High creativity paired with logical thinking. 


Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in wellness, health-tech, neuroscience, psychology, or meditation content. 
  • Background in UX writing or product writing. 
  • Understanding of mental models, emotional triggers, and user behavior. 
  • Ability to contribute to content strategy and narrative frameworks. 
  • Experience writing scripts for videos or demos.
