Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documents, including datasheets, user manuals, and installation guides. Maintain accurate records of product specifications, test results, and changes. Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Assist in resolving customer queries related to product performance and functionality. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 2+ years of experience in product engineering or a related role in the security and surveillance industry. Must have experience in Product compliances (Network switches. CCTV etc.). Technical Expertise: Knowledge of hardware and firmware development. Familiarity with IP networks, PoE, ONVIF protocols, and cybersecurity standards.

Role & responsibilities Within the Trade Compliance team you will contribute to execute - - Communicate with Global Suppliers for gathering SVHCs (Substance of Very High Concern) details in CLIENT Parts/Products for REACH, RoHS, PFAS, TSCA and Proposition 65 Legislations - Creating and maintaining records for SCIP (Substances of concern in Products) Dossier creation and validation process. - You work in a team of designers, project engineers and logistics engineers. - You will not be engaged in supplier development, negotiation or purchasing of parts from the suppliers.
