Product Associate – Software Planning & Coordination

Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Support Executive who is fluent in both English and Hindi and can play a key role in bridging communication across teams. The individual will be responsible for supporting software tasks by creating flowcharts, assisting in planning, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring the closure of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.Create process flowcharts, diagrams, and documentation to support software planning.Assist in task planning, coordination, and tracking progress to ensure timely task closure.Support software teams in understanding requirements and resolving queries and doing field support from remote.Collaborate with team members to identify potential bottlenecks and initiate improvements.Maintain clear records of discussions and updates for transparent tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).Proficiency in creating flowcharts, diagrams, and software planning visuals (using tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).Ability to plan, organize, and track software-related tasks efficiently.Strong interpersonal skills to manage communication across multiple teams.Problem-solving attitude with a collaborative mindset.Basic understanding of software processes and project lifecycle is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).Prior experience in a coordination, business analyst, or software support role.Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
