What you’ll do:

Guide a team of engineers across
microcontrollers, edge accelerators, sensors, gateways, and power/production circuits
Lead hardware architecture and system integration for AIIoT devices
Work with EMS partners for PCB development and manufacturing
Integrate communication modules (LoRa, BLE, WiFi, 4G/5G) for reliable field deployment
Collaborate with software and cloud teams for
end-to-end system delivery
Conduct field testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Drive the
product roadmap and technical direction
with cross-functional teams

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field
5–10 yrs in AIIoT hardware/system integration or embedded product development
Strong knowledge of
PCB hardware architecture, power circuits, production-level electronics, and embedded systems
Hands-on experience with
microcontrollers, edge accelerators
, and sensor data processing
Experience in
team leadership and mentoring
Good to have: exposure to
agriculture production, farm automation, or environmental monitoring
