WG Tech Agro Solutions is looking for a hands-on leader to drive hardware & system integration for our AIIoT AgroTech products. Lead and grow a team to enable next generation Agro Tech roadmap for open farming and hydroponics along with Vision based AI analytics. Some areas of work include - edge accelerators, power circuits , PCB design, microcontrollers, and help shape the product roadmap based on technology trends and agriculture requirements. Role: Product and Systems Manager – AIIoT AgroTech Location: Theni or Madurai, Tamil Nadu Salary: Negotiable What you’ll do: Guide a team of engineers across microcontrollers, edge accelerators, sensors, gateways, and power/production circuits Lead hardware architecture and system integration for AIIoT devices Work with EMS partners for PCB development and manufacturing Integrate communication modules (LoRa, BLE, WiFi, 4G/5G) for reliable field deployment Collaborate with software and cloud teams for end-to-end system delivery Conduct field testing, debugging, and performance optimization Drive the product roadmap and technical direction with cross-functional teams What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field 5–10 yrs in AIIoT hardware/system integration or embedded product development Strong knowledge of PCB hardware architecture, power circuits, production-level electronics, and embedded systems Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, edge accelerators , and sensor data processing Experience in team leadership and mentoring Good to have: exposure to agriculture production, farm automation, or environmental monitoring
