Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of mutual fund products — ideation, design, regulatory approvals, launch, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and investor behavior analysis to identify product gaps and innovation opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment of products with investment philosophy, regulatory requirements, and investor suitability norms.
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve AUM targets across retail, HNI, institutional, and digital channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key distribution partners: banks, IFAs, national distributors, and digital platforms.
  • Minimum of 10 years in mutual fund/asset management companies with demonstrated success in both product and sales roles.
  • Deep understanding of mutual fund regulations (SEBI guidelines), investor risk profiling, and product suitability framework.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and distribution networks.
