Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor product development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Product Strategy:
Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with business objectives.
Project Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Technical Oversight:
Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product solutions, working closely with engineering leads.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with product owners, business analysts, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Innovation:
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in product development.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern tech stacks.
Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
