Job Description

Role & responsibilities Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept generation to market launch. Working with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless product development. Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects stay on track. Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs to identify opportunities and inform product development. Ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards throughout the development process. Deep understanding of bending and welding processes, materials, and standards. Technical specifications for R&D, align product design with marketing narratives, and incorporate sales feedback into development cycles.
