Product Advisor

A Product Advisor is a professional who bridges the gap between a company’s products and customers by providing expert guidance, support, and strategic insights. Their responsibilities typically include advising customers on product usage, features, and benefits; conducting product demonstrations and training; collaborating with product development teams by communicating customer feedback; and assisting in sales and marketing activities to drive product awareness and sales.

Key duties of a Product Advisor often include:

• Supporting sales through product knowledge, consultations, and promotional activities.
• Collaborating cross-functionally within the organization to enhance product offerings.

• Performing root cause analysis and problem-solving to improve product performance.
• Assisting in developing pricing, packaging, and licensing strategies.
