Product Advisor Telesales (Bangalore)

Product Advisors – Telesales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    outbound sales calls

    to potential customers.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and membership benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plans.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

    .
  • Follow up on leads to ensure closures.
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience during each interaction.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (English + Telugu/Kannada preferred).
  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Customer handling skills with a sales-focused approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification:

    HSC Pass / Graduate

    .
  • Experience:

    • 1 Year + experience

      in Telesales / Telecalling / Collections / Upselling / Renewals.
  • Stable employment history preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range:

    18,000 – 20,000 In-Hand

    .
  • Attractive sales incentives.
  • Shift Timing:

    10 AM – 7 PM

    .
  • Weekly Off:

    1 rotational weekday (Mon–Fri)
