Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct procurement analysis, supply risk assessments and market demand supply studies
Evaluate, onboard and manage vendors and suppliers
Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement and professional service requirements
Manage purchasing budgets, negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries
Lead techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations and rank ordering of vendors
Establish vendor rating and techno-commercial evaluation guidelines
Support sourcing strategies, business alliances and make-or-buy decisions
Provide contract domain expertise across implementation, execution, and administration
Mentor team members and support cross-functional leadership initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum: 5 years

Maximum: Open

Mandatory experience in commercial interior fit-out / interior contracting organizations
