Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct procurement analysis, supply risk assessments and market demand supply studies
  • Evaluate, onboard and manage vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement and professional service requirements
  • Manage purchasing budgets, negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries
  • Lead techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations and rank ordering of vendors
  • Establish vendor rating and techno-commercial evaluation guidelines
  • Support sourcing strategies, business alliances and make-or-buy decisions
  • Provide contract domain expertise across implementation, execution, and administration
  • Mentor team members and support cross-functional leadership initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum: 5 years

Maximum: Open

Mandatory experience in commercial interior fit-out / interior contracting organizations
