Procurement Specialist - Operations & Supply Chain in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with category marketing and design teams to forecast demand across product categories and build resilient responsive procurement plans to ensure best in class fulfilment rates
• Co-develop fulfilment strategy with service providers to achieve best in class lead times and quality through tight vendor collaboration and audits
• Build long-term partnerships with suppliers who can scale with growing customer expectations
• Strategize plan and execute optimal warehouse management from setup to effective inflow and outflow strategies aligned with financial principles
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and execution skills
• Manage multiple stakeholders and timelines comfortably
• Maintain a proactive mindset with keen attention to detail
• Show interest and experience in the home or interiors domain as a bonus
• Focus on the quality speed and magnitude of output over hours of effort
