Procurement Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Support India Ingredients across Food Operations managing a total spend of $180MM & more.
• Ensure contracts and purchase orders are in place with required PepsiCo terms and conditions, in SAP.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly costing exercise with suppliers on standard template and conclude it timely for contract creation in SAP.
• Work on specs and contract management portal and related activities.
• Close co-ordination with R&D and Supply Chain team and suppliers for Quality/material delivery
• To generate reports Productivity, SOB analysis, spend analysis etc.
• Close monitoring of vendor performance KPIs.
• Responsible for all SAP related activities vendor code generation, RM code generation etc.
• Maintain and update the contract and specification repository.
• Co-ordination with suppliers on the SQA qualification.
• Manage material risk situation in close coordination with suppliers and plant teams
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo’s Supplier Code of Conduct requirements for all INDIA Ingredient suppliers.
