Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source high-quality construction materials for our online marketplace.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards for all materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material needs based on customer demand and construction trends.
• Keep up with industry trends to identify new product opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and pricing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement cycles effectively.
