Procurement Manager

As a Project Material Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for new vendor development and on-boarding. This includes inviting competitive quotations and offers from vendors, as well as conducting negotiations and technical discussions with them to ensure the best possible outcomes for the project. You will also be tasked with relevant tender search activities to identify suitable vendors for the project requirements. Your role will involve project coordination, including client meetings and coordination with clients for ongoing project works. You will be required to liaise with clients and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Vendor coordination is a key aspect of this role, where you will be responsible for checking and finalizing technical bids and letters in alignment with project requirements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in obtaining document approvals from the client, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and standards. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location will be in person to facilitate effective collaboration and coordination with all stakeholders involved in the project.,
