We're Hiring – Procurement Manager (Herbs) Vallon farmdirect, a 100% certified organic company based in Jodhpur, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our herbs sourcing division. 🔸 Position : Procurement Manager – Herbs 🔸 Location : Jodhpur, Rajasthan 🔸 Experience : 3–5 years in herbs procurement or raw material sourcing 🔸 Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field 🔸 Industry : Organic Herbs, Spices & Botanicals Requirements : ✔ Strong understanding of organic procurement practices ✔ Must be well-versed with NOP, NPOP, and EU organic standards and guidelines ✔ Experience in vendor development, price negotiation, and supply chain coordination ✔ Ability to work closely with certification bodies, farmers, and internal QA teams ✔ Excellent communication and reporting skills We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical sourcing.
