Description
As a Procurement Manager, your role involves planning, developing, and implementing procurement strategies that are aligned with project needs. You will be responsible for sourcing and finalizing vendors for construction materials, MEP items, civil packages, etc. Additionally, negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value will be a key aspect of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and implement procurement strategies aligned with project needs. - Source and finalize vendors for construction materials, MEP items, civil packages, etc. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to get the best value. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast and fulfill material requirements. - Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control across multiple projects. - Track and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services. - Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance periodically. - Handle purchase orders, delivery schedules, and billing coordination. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain/Procurement. - Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects. - Strong knowledge of building materials, vendor networks, and construction procurement lifecycle. - Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems. - Strong communication and leadership abilities. In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, you will be working in a Full-time, Permanent position with the benefit of health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day shift and morning shift, with a yearly bonus. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 01/05/2025.
