Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the purchase of machine spare parts and related materials. The role involves coordination with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchases of machine spare parts
• Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors
• Follow up on orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Work with maintenance and production teams to understand needs
• Negotiate rates and manage supplier terms
• Maintain records and basic reports

Skills and Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in purchasing industrial or machine parts
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in using basic Excel or ERP tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with different teams
