Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Neemrana for a Procurement Manager. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain / Purchase Manager with 10-12 years of expertise in heavy construction equipment procurement and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement activities, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure the timely delivery of quality materials and equipment to support our construction projects. This role demands strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of the heavy construction equipment industry. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Purchasing: Develop and implement procurement strategies for heavy construction equipment and related materials. Source reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, and procurement documentation. Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, inventory management, and distribution. Coordinate with project teams to ensure availability of equipment and materials as per project schedules. Track and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify areas for improvement. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions. Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage procurement budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 10-12 years of relevant experience in heavy construction equipment procurement and supply chain management. Proven experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, and procurement processes. In-depth knowledge of heavy construction equipment, components, and industry standards.
