You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil procurement within the real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or retail sectors, with a strong vendor network in Delhi NCR and South India. Your key responsibilities include leading and managing the procurement of civil materials for new construction projects, maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating prices and contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and monitoring procurement activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project needs and timelines. Key requirements for this role include a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and mechanical materials procurement, a strong vendor network, comprehensive knowledge of the construction materials market, proven negotiation and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a related field is preferred.
