Procurement & Logistics Manager

As a Procurement & Logistics Manager at Vision Flying Training Institute, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our purchasing and supply chain operations efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods, equipment, and services. - Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality. - Managing vendor relationships and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with standards. - Overseeing inventory management, warehousing, and transportation of training equipment and other materials. - Planning and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth delivery of resources for training operations. - Maintaining accurate purchase records, reports, and documentation. - Optimizing supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and budgets. To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. - 5-7 years of proven experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in aviation, education, or a related industry. - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities. - Knowledge of inventory management systems, transport operations, and supply chain software is a plus.
