Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Manager Location: Panjim, Goa Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months (contract) Remuneration: INR 60,000 - 70,000/- per month About The Opportunity: Celebrated filmmaker Anand Gandhi (Ship of Theseus, Tumbbad) and visionary game designer Zain Memon (SHASN, AZADI) are building their most ambitious work yet: the MAYA Narrative Universe . Set at the intersection of speculative science fiction and South Asian mythology, MAYA is a rich, high-fantasy IP designed to unfold across multiple mediums - novels, board games, films, and beyond. We have already launched the first MAYA product through a successful Kickstarter campaign, and are now preparing for its global fulfilment. In parallel, we are gearing up to launch the next product, a tactical combat board game, marking the next major step in bringing the MAYA universe to life. This is a critical, end-to-end role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take full ownership of procurement, logistics, and supply chain excellence. Key Responsibilities: Global Procurement & Sourcing Manage the full procurement lifecycle: vendor identification, RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and onboarding. Lead both domestic and international sourcing to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring clarity and accountability in performance expectations. Apply expertise in HTS/HSN classifications to ensure compliance with international trade requirements. End-to-End Supply Chain & Logistics Oversee complete EXIM operations: import/export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders and clearing agents. Ensure timely, smooth, and compliant delivery of all commercial shipments. Continuously optimize processes to reduce costs and improve turnaround times. Serve as the primary liaison with customs, shipping lines, and logistics partners. Contracts & Commercial Negotiation Draft, review, and manage contracts, MOUs, and procurement agreements. Negotiate favorable terms for pricing, payments, and delivery schedules with a global supplier base. Qualifications: 4+ years experience in Global Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics. Strong knowledge of international trade, EXIM policies, freight operations, and shipping documentation. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
