Procurement & Logistics Manager - India

You are seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager to join the team in Hyderabad, India. You will be responsible for purchasing goods and services, ensuring efficient product flow from origin to delivery, cost-effectiveness, timely fulfillment, and high-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preparation of RFQ and Purchase Orders - Monitoring and controlling materials inventory - Ensuring timely supply of all materials to the site as required - Collaborating with Operations Manager to align material requirements with project milestones - Addressing supplier issues such as delays or quality problems - Conducting regular supplier meetings and audits for quality compliance - Maintaining procurement files and records - Building strong relationships with material suppliers - Overseeing logistics activities including import, export, liaison with shipping companies, suppliers, and consignees, and ensuring timely delivery of materials **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in procurement or logistics management - Strong understanding of supply chain operations - Proficiency in logistics and procurement software, and Microsoft Excel - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment If you are interested, you can submit your CV and cover letter to recruitment@kaprel.com with the subject line "Application for Procurement & Logistics Manager - India".,
