Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Intern to support our procurement and supply chain operations. The intern will assist in vendor management, purchase order processing, market research, and day-to-day procurement activities. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to procurement and supply chain practices in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing suppliers and gathering quotations.
Support vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.
Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and price benchmarks.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for requirements.
Maintain procurement records, documentation, and reports.
Support in negotiations and cost analysis under supervision.
Assist the procurement team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
