Procurement Global Packaging Manager

As a Procurement Global Packaging Manager, your role involves shaping and spearheading Packaging market segment strategy development and related key sourcing initiatives. You will establish and communicate global Packaging procurement strategies to key internal and external customers. Your responsibility includes leading engagement with customers, fostering relationships with the business, and improving the perception of the value of procurement and the Packaging team over time. Additionally, you will coordinate robust and consistent supplier performance and relationship management with key global and regional Packaging suppliers to realize differentiated and balanced benefits for the SPU. Instilling a high-performance culture within the Packaging Team is crucial, and you will be accountable for the development, performance management, and career mentorship of all direct reports, as well as participating in talent management across the department. Your role will also involve establishing and embedding effective procurement-based risk practices throughout the Packaging team.
