Job Description

Role Overview: You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and have 1-2 years of experience in project-based procurement, with a preference for EPC and environmental industries. Proficiency in MS Office is required along with strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. The ability to manage multiple procurement tasks under tight deadlines is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the end-to-end procurement process for project-specific materials and services. - Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. - Coordinating with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to understand material needs. - Preparing and issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. - Building and maintaining vendor databases, as well as developing long-term relationships. - Monitoring market trends, material availability, and price fluctuations to optimize purchasing. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical). - 1-2 years of experience in project-based procurement, preferably in EPC and environmental industries. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
