You are a seasoned Senior Architect/ Team Lead with 8-10 years of proven experience in architectural design and project delivery of high-rise buildings. You will bring both creative vision and technical expertise, leading design teams from concept through execution, and ensuring excellence at every stage. Lead the design and development of high-rise residential and commercial projects. Oversee all architectural aspects of projects from concept to construction documentation. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients for seamless project integration. Review and guide detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations. Supervise junior architects and contribute to team development and mentoring. As a CAD Designer, your primary responsibility will be to learn and deliver product data and drawing making of BIW parts, bumpers, instrument panel (modelling), wiper, and fuel tank. You will be required to work closely with the in-house Product Modelling and Design teams to create formal 3D CAD data as well as 2D and 3D drawings. Your role will also involve coordinating with the Engineering Team for design and drawing modifications, as well as ensuring data quality improvement related points are addressed. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting designer CAE/CFD analysis to predict design effectiveness and optimize the overall product design. Applying basic engineering principles and adhering to Suzuki Engineering Standards (SES) will be crucial to ensuring the accuracy of 3D data and drawings. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on knowledge of computers and have a basic understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes. Desirable experiences include strong drawing reading skills, effective communication and documentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and exposure or experience in CAD and drawing skill sets.
