Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process to ensure smooth operations at Ridhira Living. Your role will involve vendor management, inventory tracking, raw material procurement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
  
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
  
• Handle procurement of raw materials and supplies in alignment with project and operational requirements.
  
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and procurement reports.
  
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and projects) to forecast and fulfill material requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, cost optimization, and quality standards.
  
• Conduct regular reviews of suppliers performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Provide detailed procurement and inventory reports to management for decision-making.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
  
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or procurement software.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
  
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate
  
• Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement experience (preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or real estate sector).
  
• Proven expertise in vendor management, raw material purchase, and inventory control.
