Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Executive, your primary role will be to manage the procurement process efficiently to acquire goods and services in a cost-effective and timely manner without compromising on quality standards or supplier relationships. You will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the flow of materials and resources within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Possess Tender filling knowledge - Attain total cost savings through procurement activities in comparison to the budget or baseline - Actively supervise and regulate the percentage of total spend under management - Assess supplier performance quality and maintain positive supplier relationships - Monitor and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions - Track the average time taken to complete the procurement process - Manage and maintain supplier diversity to advocate inclusivity and resilience in the supply chain - Measure the return on investment (ROI) for procurement activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant field - Prior experience in procurement with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent leadership and management capabilities - Extensive knowledge of procurement processes - Ability to lead others in alignment with company standards - Outstanding multitasking and organizational skills In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company provides benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
