Procurement Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and selecting the most suitable vendors. Your main tasks will include processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve disputes, and monitor supplier performance. In this role, you will analyze market trends, compare prices, and identify cost-saving opportunities. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on procurement performance, including spend analysis, cost savings, and supplier performance. Furthermore, you will be involved in research and development of new products to meet the company's needs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities - Select the most suitable vendors - Process purchase orders and track shipments - Ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers - Resolve disputes and monitor supplier performance - Analyze market trends and compare prices - Identify cost-saving opportunities - Prepare reports on procurement performance - Conduct spend analysis and monitor cost savings - Collaborate in the research and development of new products Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time preferred Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provision, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
