Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Executive at Classic Signages Pvt. Ltd., located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will play a crucial role in managing the purchasing processes. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining purchase orders, overseeing purchase management, and analyzing supplier performance and market conditions. Effective communication with vendors and maintaining accurate procurement records will be key aspects of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Your ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality will directly impact the company's procurement processes. Issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods/services will also be part of your routine tasks. Collaboration with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and specifications is essential for successful procurement operations. Maintaining accurate procurement records, supplier agreements, and inventory levels will be crucial in your role. You will also be responsible for monitoring supplier performance, fostering good supplier relationships, and assisting in cost analysis and budget tracking. In this position, your negotiation and communication skills will be put to the test. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc., will be necessary for efficient procurement operations. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities will be highly valued. With at least 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role, industry-specific experience would be advantageous.
